Your Rights as a Data Subject

In accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK (Law on Protection of Personal Data), everyone may exercise the following rights by applying to the data controller:

a.       To learn whether personal data is processed,

b.       To request information if personal data has been processed,

c.       To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,

d.       To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,

e.       To request correction of personal data in case of incomplete or inaccurate processing,

f.        To request the deletion or destruction of personal data,

g.       To request notification of the operations performed pursuant to sub-paragraphs (e) and (f) to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,

h.       To object to the occurrence of a result against the person himself/herself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,

i.         To demand compensation for damages in case of suffering damage due to unlawful processing of personal data.
